Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you specific instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishables (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your existing item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated earlier, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item to confirm whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
